Several brand new David Weekley Homes are currently under construction in Central Austin and South Austin, with anticipated completion dates beginning in late 2026 and continuing into early 2027.
These opportunities are not yet being broadly marketed, giving VIP subscribers early access to floor plans, pricing, and availability before public release.
Homes are expected in sought-after areas including Crestview and South Austin, where new construction opportunities can be limited.
